Layer Cakes

We offer a selection of traditional layer cakes, which are ideal for a afternoon tea with friends or a selection for a tea themed wedding or buffet. Chocolate Fudge cake, Coffee and Walnut, Battenburg, Lemon Lush, Banana cake, Carrot cake, Smartie cake, Toffee Apple cake, Victoria Sponge, Gluten-free Pistachio cake... these are just a selection of the layer cakes we have to offer.

LAYER CAKES: 10" 16 portion £28.00-£32.00

TOFFEE APPLE: A triple layered toffee apple sponge with a chunky toffee apple filling, topped with lush toffee and finished with a vanilla buttercream

LEMON CHIFFON: Layers of the lightest lemon sponge, layered with lemon curd and lemon buttercream

GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE: A rich buttermilk chocolate sponge, layered with chocolate ganache

VICTORIA SPONGE: Tradional vanilla flavoured sponge filled with a vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam

COFFEE AND WALNUT CAKE: A moist coffee and walnut cake layered with coffee buttercream and finished with crunchy walnuts

SMARTIE CAKE:6 thin layers of vanilla sponge and raspberry jam, finished with a vanilla buttercream and mini smarites and kids favourite!

Gluten Free WHITE CHOCOLATE AND PISTACHIO CAKE: Two layers of a moist nutty gluten free sponge, filled and covered in white chocolate buttercream and topped with white chocolate shavings

CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE: Four layers of a rich moist chocolate sponge, layered with a special chocolate fudge topping.

CARROT CAKE: Moist and filled with walnuts and flavoured with cinnemon, filled and topped with the traditional cream cheese buttercream.

RED VELVET CAKE: Two layers of the lush red sponge, finished with the cream cheese buttercream.

BATTENBURG: Available in the tradional log shape or as a round, covered in marzipan.

OTHERS:

GF BROWNIES: Rich and moist, available plain or with a ganache topping and gold leaf, also with added chocolate chips. £1.95 each

CARAMEL MILLIONAIRES SHORTBREAD: Thick shortbread base with a caramel filling and think chocolate on top.£1.95 each

BAKEWELL TART: Sweetpastry base with raspberry jam, and a dense almond sponge, finished in the traditional way with icing and chocolate feathering.£27.50 one size

CUPCAKES: Vanilla, red velvet, chocolate or lemon £1.70
